By downloading or using the Stampr™ Mobile Application or accessing the website (stampr.info), provided by Stampr Limited, you agree to the following terms and conditions of service. This document distinguishes between terms governing the Stampr™ Mobile Application and the Stampr™ Website.

PART I: MOBILE APPLICATION TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Use of the App & Anonymous Sync

Stampr™ is provided for personal, non-commercial use by individuals aged 13 and older (or 16 in the UK/EEA without parental consent). Enabling Cloud Sync links your local progress to an anonymous cryptographic key generated on your device. No user account, username, or nickname creation is required or requested.

2. Physical Exploration, Safety & Trespassing Disclaimer

Stampr is designed to encourage real-world discovery. You agree to act responsibly, obey all local laws, respect private property boundaries, and observe posted signage. You must not trespass, enter dangerous or restricted areas, or use the App while driving or operating machinery. Stampr Limited assumes no liability for personal injury, property damage, or legal violations incurred while navigating to or visiting locations.

3. Accuracy of Data & Open Data Attribution

Location information, landmarks, and site details are maintained within Stampr's curated database, constructed from proprietary validation and open geographic data sources. Map rendering and location details incorporate OpenStreetMap data, available under the Open Database License (ODbL) © OpenStreetMap contributors. While we continuously review and categorise locations to ensure quality and coverage, users should independently verify local operating hours and accessibility before travelling.

4. Nominative Trademark Fair Use Disclaimer

Stampr™ is a trademark of Stampr Limited. All third-party product names, brand names, trademarks, and logos displayed within the App (including brand completion meters, location lists, and social badges) belong to their respective owners. Reference to any specific brand, business, or chain does not constitute or imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation with Stampr. All brand references are used strictly for descriptive purposes under Nominative Fair Use.

5. User Conduct & Verification Integrity

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose. You must not attempt to circumvent verification features (e.g., using GPS spoofing, mock location overrides, or coordinate injection to earn stamps without physically visiting locations).

6. Advertising Supported Features

Certain features of the App (such as the Passport Report, Travel Heatmap, or Streak Restoration) are provided in exchange for viewing advertisements. Bypassing, blocking, or tampering with these ads violates these terms.

PART II: PUBLIC WEBSITE TERMS OF USE (stampr.info)

1. Website Access & Content

The content provided on stampr.info is for informational purposes only. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the website at any time without notice.

2. Intellectual Property

All custom website designs, text, graphics, code, and layout on stampr.info belong exclusively to Stampr Limited. Unauthorised copying or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

PART III: GENERAL LEGAL PROVISIONS

1. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The App and website are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall Stampr Limited, its developers, or affiliates be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App or website.

2. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Stampr Limited regarding the App and website.

3. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
